- cancellation 181 days prior to the rental date: the 40% of rental fee deposit is 100% refundable
- cancellation 91 to 180 days prior to the rental date: a $100 cancellation fee will be charged
- cancellation 30 to 90 days prior to the rental date: a $150 cancellation fee will be charged
- cancellation 29 days or less prior to the rental date: No refund is due
