- 40% of rental fee due at reservation time.
- Remaining 60%, lodging taxes and $200.00 security deposit due one month prior to rental date.
- Rates are for 4 guests in Villas 1 & 2; and 8 guests in Villa 3
- Additional Guests $15.00/ night.

Cancellation Policy:

• cancellation 181 days prior to the rental date: the 40% of rental fee deposit is 100% refundable
• cancellation 91 to 180 days prior to the rental date: a $100 cancellation fee will be charged
• cancellation 30 to 90 days prior to the rental date: a $150 cancellation fee will be charged
• cancellation 29 days or less prior to the rental date: No refund is due
