Payments

40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance).
A refundable security/damage deposit of $200 USD is required
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Checks - Money Order or Cashiers Checks - Cash
Deposit refundable 100% if cancellation occurs 6 months before rental date.
- $50.00 per week cancellation fee if cancellation occurs 3-6 months before rental date.
- $200 per week cancellation fee if cancellation occurs 1-3 months before rental date.
- No refund 30 days prior to rental date.
